10 Things to know about Drymen Camping

1: Drymen Camping is situated directly on the West Highland Way and National Cycle Route 7, and is located before the start of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park’s Camping Management Zone. To find the exact position of the campsite (because the post code will lead you to one of our neighbours farms), either input ‘Drymen Camping’ directly into Google Maps or generate directions from What3Words: ///explained.landlady.choirs

2: Camping is £8 per person and can be booked in advance, or paid in cash on arrival. You don’t need to book in advance unless travelling as part of a group of seven or more – please use the Contact us page if looking to book for a group of seven or more as there are some groups we don’t accept.

3: We have toilets and hot walk-in showers that are included in the price.

4: All Baggage Transfer Companies drop off and deliver to our Campsite and you can also sign up at Drymen Camping.

5: Don’t or won’t have a tent – option 1? Book with us to stay in a Kocoon. Each 2-person cabin is kitted out with pillows and memory foam benches on either side. We can even hire you a sleeping with liner as well.

6: Don’t or won’t have a tent – option 2? Book with us to stay in a Geopod. These space age looking glamping pods feature a double bed, private fire pit and covered picnic bench so you can really camp in luxury. We can even hire you cooking equipment for your stay.

7: The Village of Drymen is 20 mins walk from the Campsite where you can dine and enjoy a well deserved pint at the Drymen Inn.

8: Water from all cold taps on the campsite is safe to drink and cook with.

9: Mobile charging is free.

10: Our communal sheltered area provides space to prepare and eat food and gives the opportunity to meet other guests from all around the world.
